1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or purchasing services, info products, or merchandise from LedgerForgeX, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

LedgerForgeX provides bookkeeping review, compliance checks, audit support, and related professional support. Details of the scope and schedule are provided upon request.

3. Purchases

All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase. For services, details will be confirmed in writing after initial consultation.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Except as set forth below, service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, due to allocation of personnel and scheduling. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, you may be eligible for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may qualify for a 50% refund. Unused portions of multi-session packages may be reimbursed on a pro rata basis if unused sessions are canceled at least 48 hours in advance.

4.2 Info Products

For digital guides, webinars, and online courses, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. To request this, contact us via Contact Form. After 7 days or if more than 20% of content has been accessed, fees are non-refundable due to licensing terms.

4.3 Merchandise

Physical items purchased from LedgerForgeX may be sent back for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. To initiate, contact us via Contact Form. Shipping charges are not reimbursable.

5. Transfers and Rescheduling

Service appointments may be rescheduled up to two times within a 90-day window without penalty, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may incur supplementary fees. Info products and merchandise are not transferable.

7. Amendments

LedgerForgeX may update these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our site and take effect immediately. Continued use of our offerings signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
